What is Wine?
In the most simple terms, wine is fermented grape juice. Grapes are crushed, juice is released and alcoholic fermentation begins.
Grape Growing
Grapevines flower in the spring. Flowers grow into grapes in the summer. Grapes ripen and are ready to pick in the fall.
